| Replacement Cushions |
| We offer custom cushions to replace existing cushions on chaise lounges, chairs and other outdoor seating to restore the look and comfort of outdoor furniture. Minimum quantity is 10 cushions per style. |
| We use medium density exterior grade foam with a Dacron wrap. Dry fast foam is also available for an additional charge. |
| Cushions do not come in standard sizes. Our cushions are custom made to the customer’s specifications. We offer a variety of options including foam type, single or double welt, flaps, zippers, ties, velcro tabs, snap tabs, tufting, buttons, liner, hoods, embroidery and more. |
| We will provide a quotation to the customer based on their needs and specifications. We have created a cushion worksheet to request a quotation. It is important that all requested measurements are included for each cushion (width, depth, height). If cushions are tapered additional measurements are required. |
| Whenever possible, providing samples of the customer’s existing cushions are highly recommended. We would also accept patterns made from paper (newspaper, craft paper, etc). For cushions that have more complex shapes, this step assists us in providing accurate replacements. |
| How to measure a cushion |
WIDTH(W): Measure the surface from edge to edge from right to left. If the cushion is wider in the front than the back, it is important to provide the dimensions of the surface at the front and at the back.
DEPTH (D): Measure the surface from edge to edge from front to back.
HEIGHT (H): Measure the cushion thickness |
| NOTE: Do not include the height in your width or depth measurements. Each cushion must have is own measurements to ensure proper fit. |
